Phase 2 of the Blueprint TYG Program is known as Clear: (detoxing and de-stressing). In this phase, we simply do just that, reduce stress, and eliminate toxins. Toxins can make their way into our bodies over time because of our lifestyle choices from our diet, the environment, and from intestinal invaders like Candida.
